Because each piece is handmade (and many are one-of-a-kind), we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Beaded pieces are delicate and most beads react differently!

We recommend a cold hand wash, or a gentle cold machine wash on a short cycle, inside out, as well as, hang or air drying.
