Many Poppy’s items are handcrafted and/or made to order. Because of this:
- Processing times may vary.
- Slight variations in colour, bead placement, or detail are normal and part of the handmade nature.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
- We may refuse orders if we believe they are fraudulent or inappropriate.
Product images are as accurate as possible, but actual colours may vary due to screen settings.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins our production queue.
For made-to-order or hand-beaded items:
- Cancellations are generally not possible once production has begun.
- If a cancellation is accepted, a reasonable fee may be charged to cover materials and time already used.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. If this happens, you will be refunded in full.
6. Shipping
Shipping timelines, fees, and conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery times are estimates
- Delays caused by couriers or external factors are out of our control
- Incorrect delivery information may cause delays or additional charges
- Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier.
7. Returns & Refunds

- No returns, exchanges, or refunds on hand-beaded, made-to-order, custom, or personalised items
- Refunds are only given for approved faulty items
