Shipping policy

At Poppy’s, every piece is crafted with care, and many items are made to order. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

 

1. Processing Times

Most items are made to order. Standard processing time is:

  • 3–7 working days for production
  • Longer during peak periods, launches, or high-volume times

If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you directly.

 

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. Once dispatched, parcels usually take:

  • 2–5 working days for major cities
  • 3–7 working days for outlying or remote areas

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other external factors out of our control.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Any re-delivery fees due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility.

 

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to activate in the courier’s system.

 

5. Delivery Address & Responsibility

Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout. Poppy’s cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Delays caused by couriers or external factors

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, the re-shipping fee will be billed to the customer.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel seems lost or significantly delayed:

We will open an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations may take up to 7–10 working days. We can only take action once the courier confirms the outcome of the investigation.

 

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Your order number

We will assist you as quickly as possible.
